The Way of Solution Towards Issue

The act of throwing the baby all over the place and the victims of wild animals is a crime of the most vicious and despicable and more despicable than the status animals. Even better for animals and maintain its merciful and willing to die for the sake of the children. This is the effect when a person is filled with spiritual teachings.

   Effective measures should be taken by all parties to prevent social problems that are not there for the birth of children abandoned and not receive proper affection.

   Thus, all parties in this country for an equal role in addressing this crisis by taking the following measures of institutional families should be strengthened with the concept based of life. The impact of this issue can be seperate in three part. The first part is impact on individuals, second is family and lastly country. The impact on individuals we can see that person lost their confidence, guilty and more. In fmily side, the instituition in family will become unstabil. All family members will blame the girl who pregnant and cause the family lose their respect by neighboorhood. If this happen, it can let the teenagers live in the dark in future. 

In  medical aspect, it can expose the teenagers many infections  after they born the child such as germ infection and blood lost. Normally it is because these teenagers will delivary the child without any help by doctors. The danger is can become death. 

The other side is our country’s image will highly stigmatized by others. If all the youth in Malaysia involve in negative attitude, it can let our country lack of excellent human resourse. Our country's development also will down and the aour economy development will become slow. Government also have spent out huge amount of expenditure just to cure and solve the teenagers problem.

HOW TO PREVENT THE UNWENTED PREGNANCY

The problem of abandoned babies, more widely from day to day, the situation is quite alarming as this issue involves our community and country. As we know, Malaysia is a rich country with unity and harmony is the core of success and progress of the nation.

The steps shall be taken to address the symptoms of wasting among young infants. Among them is the government to review Section 317 and 318 of the Penal Code for a heavier penalty be imposed on those found guilty. This should be done for teens will be scared and tired to throw a baby.

In addition, awareness should be done to the community about the impact of abandoned babies. There are several parties responsible for abandoned babies masalh solve this is through the role of such authorities and NGOs, the role of parents and perana the mass media.

In pursuit of an era of rapidly growing and developing, the role of the authorities and NGOs is important for addressing the current baby dumping. The authorities particularly the police should curb the distribution of pornographic materials gaze of society, especially youth. Selaian, the authorities should also impose retribution on those who are convicted of life imprisonment. Consequently, they will be careful when hanging out and prevent the relationship beyond the limits of NGO-agama. The NGO institution  should also provide early education programs more effective and more comprehensive. 5 more pregnant teens join school

MALACCA: The school for pregnant teenagers in Jasin is gaining the trust of parents and expectant students.


In the past week, five pregnant teenagers were brought in by parents and relatives to be enrolled in the school, known as Sekolah Harapan or School of Hope, bringing the total number of students to 10.

The five new students, all 17-year-olds in their final trimester, are from Malacca, Johor, Terengganu, Pahang and Selangor.

With the new batch of students, Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam said his critics had been proven wrong and what was far more important was the endorsement of the school and its role.

"People can only talk but most importantly, the parents feel that their children will have a brighter future as the school offers academic, religious and moral classes, proper medical care and privacy," he said.


"Everyone makes mistakes but what is important is for us to guide the teenagers so that they don't repeat their mistakes and repent.


"As for the unborn children, we want them to get proper care and not become victims of baby dumping."

The school, which opened on Sept 20, initially took in five students from Malacca, Nilai, Segamat, Rompin and Kuala Lumpur.


Ali said the state government fully supported the move by the prime minister's wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, who will be visiting a welfare centre for pregnant youngsters in Kasterlee, Belgium, on Tuesday.


"This is a sign that Rosmah is also concerned about the matter and is helping us to get a better perspective on how to set up a 'one-stop centre' for youths, especially unmarried pregnant teenagers.


"We also hope that she will give some input on how to enhance Sekolah Harapan, especially in helping teenagers who are emotionally disturbed and traumatised as a result of the changes that come with pregnancy.


Rosmah is accompanying Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak on his trip to Brussels, Belgium, for the 8th Summit of the Asia-Europe Meeting.

On this day, our country has been growing rapidly both in terms of economic, social, political or against the odds of modernization and globalization. Now, the name of Malaysia was so prominent on the world stage. As Malaysians, we should be proud of the success has been forged by the people in the world. However, despite the excellence of this, the Malaysian society is still haunted by a social disease that has been nesting in our society, namely the problem of abandoned babies. The question is, what are the main triggering factor of this problem because there is smoke there is fire? Why does this happen?

In this case, we can not deny that the lack of religious upbringing is the main reason for baby dumping cases occur. Usually groups of adolescents who are involved in the case of abandoned babies. Lack of religious teachings and guidance of the guide of life caused them to lose direction in life and engage in negative symptoms, such as free association. Adolescents who engage in free association relationship is beyond the natural. This causes the girls pregnant before marriage. In these situations, teens who lost their faith would be inhumane and left newborn in places like public toilets, litter bins, side drains and so on.

In addition, peer influence also lead to cases of baby dumping occurred. This is because at a young age, teens are very easily influenced by their peers. This problem becomes worse when they associate with negative peers. Negative friends who will invite young people to do things outside the boundaries of religion and norms of society, such as going to places of entertainment such as disco, taking drugs and doing free association. Teens who fall in the arena, the arena will be negative sexual promiscuity, and eventually reached a dead end to find that her pregnancy. In desperation, they had to discard their babies.

Accordingly, the attitude of the people who love to criticize and condemn also cause social problems occur. When a teenage girl gave birth to an illegitimate child, the community is certainly insulting and lightly on it.Indirectly, the girls will also be considered degrading family. For the sake of his own image as well as families, young people will take the easy way out by throwing the baby out of disgust is viewed by the public.

In conclusion, there are many factors that lead to cases of baby dumping occurred. This problem should be addressed and resolved to carry out these steps effectively before the situation worsens and threatens the future of the country. In this case, all parties must cooperate and work together to solve this problem because like the Malay proverb says, "because the sewer water round, round man for consensus"

ok, today i want share with u all about the occurrence of this problem factor.
first : no religious, this problem is not religious up bringing as a guide of life. tehy lose direction and involved in negative simptoms. example, which include free promiscuity.
 
second: easily influenced by their peers. we can look about this, they interact with a hegative peer group..so they will take drugs and do a independent interaction. 


third: people and enviroment  like to critice about attitude and the judge also a social problem. when a teenage girl giving birth out, they would like insult the local comunity and they soft look to the problem.

CTR receive a total of 145 babies out to wedlock and found discarded. According to the statistic of baby dumping cases in Australia issued by the office of the PDRM, Bukit Aman. 

in 2000, a total 65 cases of baby dumping have been reported throughout the country. while in 2006, cases increased by 18 cases of baby dumping the whole case in the year amounted to 83 cases. Harapan Tanpa Suara - Kempen Kami Prihatin

No guarantee death penalty will be deterrent

KUALA LUMPUR: The cabinet’sdecision to classify as murder the cases of baby dumping where the infants die has been welcomed by two non-governmental organisations, but a third has called for a study on the proposal.


The Syariah Lawyers Association of Malaysia (PGSM) and the Muslim Lawyers Association of Malaysia (PPMM) feel the harsher penalty would curb baby dumping.


PGSM president Mohamad Isa Abd Ralip said the time had come for firmer action to prevent the negative behaviour from becoming widespread because such cases were serious and worrying.

There are many problems happen around us such as dumping babies. Dumping baby means that the acts of throw away the babies at any places without take care the babies. We can know about this because of this case appears every day in newspapers, we can see that these cases are increasing from time to time. According to the statistics of baby dumping cases in Malaysia issued by the Headquarters of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), Bukit Aman, in 2000, a total of 65 cases of baby dumping have been reported throughout the country. This serious case should be aware by the community as it becomes more popular among teenagers in Malaysia. Dumping babies become more serious among teenagers in Malaysia due to poor guidance from parents, lack of religious education and uncontrolled social life.

Parents play high role to teach their kids to become good in their behavior. Besides that, parents also have to guide and advise their children in whatever they do. It’s true that a good parental foundation can steer someone on the right path and tragically, there are instances of children seeming doomed from the start. They receive such poor guidance from their parents when they are young. Parents should be held accountable for the children they raise. Sometimes, parents don’t give full attention to their children as today many parents are expect their children are good enough. Parents are also too busy with their jobs until they forget to give attention to their children. This is a serious problem among parents as they don’t know what their children are doing. According to Dr. Khaidzir Ismail, Psychologists of children and adolescents from University of Kebangsaan Malaysia, 2007, “Conflict in the family kicked out of youth to find a place and friends can help overcome life and at the same time meet the needs of finance, entertainment and emotional development”. My Opinion

The issue of dumping the baby is never-ending past few years can be considered as an epidemic or disaster paad country. Disposal of the day the baby was reported in many newspapers and the most touching and there is an innocent baby is not only removed, but also burned. Those who do this are people who have no self-respect and not civilized. What there is no humanity in them is not responsible for this?

In my reading of the text quoted Abdul Halim Abdullah (2011) that the proposal by Minister of Women, Family and Community Development, Datuk Seri Abdul Jalil Sharizat to overcome the problem of disposal among young infants in this. He has directed all the officers of Social Welfare Department (JKM) 24-hour standby to provide assistance in dealing with cases of baby dumping is rampant lately. In my opinion, it was a wise move because the officers are also ordinary citizens who may have the baby and family.

People who throw their babies usually have free sex. They throw the baby with the hope that they are given the opportunity to lead a new life and the need to avoid ridiculed and scorned by local residents about their treatment. They should not be disparaged, and abominable, but given the help and moral support in facing this challenge of life.
